It does not take your personal circumstances into account and is not financial, tax, legal or lending advice. Before making a property, finance or tax decision, get advice from a qualified professional, such as your accountant, solicitor, conveyancer or mortgage broker.
Our calculators (including the feasibility, cashflow and depreciation calculators) give estimates based on the figures you enter and the assumptions shown on each tool. Actual results will differ. Tax rules, interest rates, fees and government charges change, so check any figure with a professional before relying on it.
Our reports and articles use data from third-party sources, such as property data providers, listing websites and government records. We take care to use reliable sources, but we can't guarantee that third-party data is complete, accurate or up to date. Past growth and rental figures do not guarantee future results.
Our buyers agency and property management services are provided under a separate written agreement, such as a buyer's agent agreement or a management authority.
